Agreement
By using magnoliapcp.com you agree to these terms. They apply to the website. Care you receive at the office is governed by the documents you sign there, including our Notice of Privacy Practices and our financial policy.
This site is operated by Noor Wellness Clinics PLLC, doing business as Magnolia Primary Care.
This site is information, not medical advice
Everything here is general health information written for adults age 16 and older. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not advice about your particular situation, because we do not know your history, your medications or your examination.
Reading this site does not make you our patient. A provider-patient relationship begins when you are seen at our office or in a scheduled telehealth visit, not when you read a page or send a message.
Never delay seeking care, and never stop or change a medication, because of something you read here. If our content conflicts with what your own clinician has told you about your own body, follow your clinician.
Who we see
We are an adult primary care practice serving patients age 16 and older. We do not provide pediatric care, prenatal care or emergency care.
Content accuracy
We work hard to keep clinical pages current and they carry the date they were last reviewed. Medicine changes, and guidelines change with it. We do not promise that every page reflects the newest guidance at the moment you read it.
Insurance information changes most often of all. Networks and product lines are renegotiated every year. Treat our insurance pages as a starting point and confirm your specific plan with us, and with your insurer, before your visit. Only your insurer can confirm your benefits and what you will owe.
Hours, providers and services can change. Call if something matters to your decision.
Appointments and scheduling
Requesting an appointment, online or by phone, is a request. It is confirmed when we confirm it. Online scheduling, when available, runs on a third-party system with its own terms and privacy practices.
Communication
Do not send health information by ordinary email or text. Neither is secure. Use the patient portal or call the office. Messages sent to us through any channel are not monitored outside posted office hours, and nothing you send creates an obligation for us to respond within a particular time.
Links to other sites
We link to insurers, health plans and other organizations because it is useful. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse everything on them, and once you follow a link you are subject to their terms.
Our content
The writing, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not republish them. Insurance company names and logos are the property of those companies and appear here only to identify plans we work with.
You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own health decisions.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Noor Wellness Clinics PLLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for the care we actually provide to our patients, which is governed by law and by professional standards rather than by a website notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about the website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
