Grapevine is a straight run east of us on SH 114. From Main Street you are looking at about fifteen minutes, and considerably less if you are on the north side of town or coming from the airport.
The drive
SH 114 west toward Southlake, then to the Kirkwood Blvd area. From the north side of Grapevine near Dove Road or the lake, you can also come across on Dove and pick up 114 further west, which is often faster in the evening.
Free surface parking directly in front, a short flat walk to the door, no garage.
Airport and hospitality schedules
A large share of Grapevine works shifts that do not fit a nine to five medical office: airport operations, hotels, the convention business.
Two things help there. Our appointments run into the late afternoon, and telehealth covers the visits that genuinely do not need an exam, such as going over lab results or checking in after a medication change. We will tell you honestly when a video visit is the wrong format, because a virtual appointment that cannot answer your question wastes your time twice.
We usually have an opening within a day or two, which matters more when a missed shift is expensive.

Sports physicals for students age 16 and older, covering Grapevine High School and the upper grades. Bring the full packet with the history section completed at home. Book early in the summer rather than the week before the deadline, since anything that needs follow up needs runway.
We do not see anyone younger than 16.

That is a common reason people pick us. We are a straight run up 114 from the north airport entrance, parking is free and right out front, and midday appointments are usually available rather than booked out weeks.
