Colleyville sits just south of us, and for most of the city we are a straightforward ten to fifteen minute drive north.
The drive
Take Colleyville Blvd, which is FM 26, north through town toward Highway 26 and the SH 114 corridor, then to Kirkwood Blvd. From the north end of Colleyville near Hall-Johnson or Cheek-Sparger you are closer to ten minutes. From the south end near Glade Road, allow fifteen, and a little more at rush hour.
Free surface parking directly in front of the building. No garage, no gate, no fee.
Who comes to us from Colleyville
Two groups, mostly.
The first is people managing something ongoing: blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, diabetes, or several at once. That work depends more than anything on seeing the same person each time, and it falls apart in practices where you get whoever is available. Here you can keep seeing the same provider: Dr. Farhan Abdullah, DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, or Rachael Bowen, NP, both working from one chart.
The second is people who have not had a primary care provider in years and want to fix that without a five week wait to establish. Establishing with us is one visit. You bring your medication list and your history, we do the intake and any labs that are due, and from that point you have somewhere to call.
GCISD families
We see students age 16 and older, which covers Colleyville Heritage High School and most of the upper grades. Sports physicals are a common reason families find us, and we can usually schedule them without the wait you hit closer to the season.
Bring the complete packet, with the history section filled out at home with a parent. The family cardiac history is the part of that form that actually matters and it is the part most often left blank.
We do not provide pediatric care, so anyone younger than 16 needs a pediatric practice.
What we handle
Annual physicals, chronic condition management, sick visits, preventive screening, weight management, women’s health, men’s health, joint injections and telehealth.
For emergencies, call 911. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake are both nearby.
Before you come
Check your insurance, and see what to bring as a new patient. Then book a visit.

Questions from Colleyville patients
How long does it actually take to get there from Colleyville?
Ten to fifteen minutes for most of the city. North on Colleyville Blvd to Highway 26, then toward the SH 114 corridor and Kirkwood Blvd. Add a few minutes if you are coming from the south end near Glade Road at rush hour.
Why drive to Southlake when there are options in Colleyville?
Scheduling and continuity. Getting seen quickly when you are actually sick, and being able to keep seeing the same provider so somebody is tracking your history rather than reading it fresh each time. Ten to fifteen minutes is a short drive for that.
Do you handle GCISD sports physicals?
Yes, for students age 16 and older, which covers Colleyville Heritage and most of the high school population. Bring the complete packet with the history section filled out beforehand.
Do you take the plans common with Colleyville employers?
We are in network with most major carriers including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Humana, plus a number of employer network plans. Check the insurance page, or call us with the plan name on your card and we will go through it with you. Your insurer can confirm it definitively on the member services number printed on the card.
