Westlake is our immediate neighbor on the 114 corridor. For most addresses and for all of the Solana campuses, we are under ten minutes away.
The drive
We are essentially the next office park along, off SH 114 at the Kirkwood Blvd area. From the corporate campuses it is a short hop. From Vaquero, Terra Bella or Glenwyck Farms, take Davis Blvd or Solana Blvd across to 114 and east.
Free surface parking directly in front. No garage to circle, no gate, no fee. That sounds trivial until you have tried to fit a doctor’s appointment into a lunch break.
Fitting care into a working day
Most of the people we see from Westlake work on the corridor, and the obstacle is never motivation. It is that a routine physical historically costs half a day: a five week wait for a slot at nine in the morning, a parking garage, and a waiting room.
We schedule around that. Midday and late afternoon appointments, appointments that start close to on time because the practice is small, and telehealth for the visits that genuinely do not need an exam, like going over lab results or following up on a medication change.
What we will not do is book you a video visit for something that needs a stethoscope and let you discover that halfway through. If you need to be seen, we will say so.
Executive physicals, or rather the honest version
People on this corridor often ask about executive physicals. It is worth saying plainly that the branded, expensive version frequently includes testing that has no evidence of benefit in people without symptoms, and occasionally causes harm through incidental findings that lead to more scans and biopsies.
What actually changes outcomes is unglamorous: blood pressure measured properly, a lipid panel, an A1c if you have risk factors, colorectal cancer screening starting at 45, appropriate cancer screening for your age and sex, an honest conversation about alcohol and sleep, and vaccines being current.

Students
We see patients age 16 and older, which covers the upper grades at Westlake Academy and the surrounding districts. Sports physicals included. No pediatric care.

How close are you to the Solana campuses?
Under ten minutes. We are on the same 114 corridor, one office park over. For most people working there it is a shorter trip than their commute home.
Can I do this without taking half a day off?
That is most of what our midday scheduling is for. A physical is one appointment, and follow-ups that do not need an exam, such as reviewing labs or checking after a medication change, can usually be done by video.
Do you see Westlake Academy students?
Age 16 and older, which covers the upper grades. We do not provide pediatric care, so younger students need a pediatric practice.
Do you take corporate plans from the campuses here?
We are in network with most major carriers and with a number of employer network plans, which is how many large employers structure coverage. Call us with the plan name and any network name on the card and we will go through it with you.
